Anthony Defalle, 20, went to visit a friend in Dania Beach, Florida, but arrived to find him deceased, apparently from natural causes, and called for help. Well, he didn't call authorities, police say, but allegedly called two accomplices to assist him in robbing the dead.
Raymond Barkey had last been seen alive March 11th. Working around the dead man, and ignoring the smell, Defalle and his buddies took a safe, weapons and the man's truck, investigators say.
Sheriff's deputies discovered both Barkey's body and the burglary on Monday, March 15th. Defalle was arrested on the 17th, after a Crime Stopper's tip led deputies to him. He is charged with 11 counts of burglary, drug possession and tampering with physical evidence. His accomplices have not yet been found.

Defalle sounds as sweet as his friend smelled.
