Security officers at the Saks Off 5th Avenue in Sparks, Nev., put a customer under observation after noticing he was acting oddly.
The man "repeatedly" asked a sales clerk to get items from a display case on April 19. Each time she turned around, they say, the man would step in behind her and point a camera up her skirt.
After the third time, security officers moved in and held him for police.
Christian Jarreau Crews, 30, allegedly admitted to taking "upskirt" photos of the 42-year-old clerk, saying he was "into" voyeurism.
He was jailed on $2,500 bail.

The museum staff thinks we can answer "no" to the question, "Have you been helped, sir?"

Into voyeurism? Something tells me that he won't like it when other (male) inmates start staring at him while he's in the clink...especially if he gets molested.

And that's why they get busted. With prices of button cameras so cheap these days, you glue one to your shoe, run a wire up your leg through your pocket to a cheapie camcorder hidden inside. Wear slightly longer pants, and you can hide the button camera and just expose it for the shots your want.
But that requires thought, careful discipline, and a little investment, something to which most criminals seem unwilling to dedicate themselves.
