There are lifers, and there are losers. Sometimes, they come together. And sometimes they get caught. I am glad he got caught because he was probably trying to act like a bully, and I would think, a victim himself in his youth. Some live and learn, and others don't.

Collect calls from a cell phone? Haha. Kind of hard to reverse the charges when there are none.

Sorry, but you are incorrect. Such calls can be made by a cell phone without an account. No account, no billing to the cell phone owner, thus collect is the only way to make a call (other than 911 calls, which are required by law to be put through). -rc
