I used to work as a salesman at a gun store and range. This was where the cops used to come in several times a day, during their breaks. They really enjoyed telling stories. One of them told me about an arrest where there was a lot of resistance. Several cops tried to wrestle him to the ground. One of them started to beat the man on his legs with a nightstick. That was, till they noticed that the man was becoming sexually aroused. End of story, everybody was laughing their butts off.

I have to wonder: Was the fellow actually born with strabismus in both eyes or did he deliberately cross them for the mug shot?

I did wonder myself. If he crossed them on purpose to look silly, then it serves him right that the public record photo was released to the public! -rc

I wouldn't worry about this guy too much.
He seems to have an abnormally near-sighted focus so the worst he can do is injure you only if he gets his face close enough to you to figure out where to touch you next.
All you gotta do is hold him out at arms length, or maybe better 10-foot-pole length. Maybe 10-foot-tazer-pole length even. Yeah, that's it.
