We'd like to introduce you to Robert Prosser, 49, of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Prosser was arrested June 30 for allegedly growing 33 marijuana plants in his home, even though, he says, the pot was for "personal and medicinal use." Unfortunately for Prosser, there's no exemption from the law for "personal and medicinal use" of marijuana in Ohio.
Worse, police say they also found two handguns and a rifle in his home. As a convicted violent felon, Prosser is not allowed to possess firearms.
And worst of all, there may be enhancements to both charges because Prosser lives "just around the corner" from a school.
Prosser's attorney didn't do Prosser any favors when he angered the judge in a preliminary hearing, complaining that police came onto Prosser's property without a warrant.
"Wait a minute," retorted Judge Cheryl Grant. "I signed it."
Grant set Prosser's bail at $10,000 on drug and firearms charges.

It's just our opinion, of course, but we don't think Prosser will ever be able to argue he never used the stuff.

One has to wonder how much chance this geekazoid ever had for a 'real' life. Anyone who looked like that would have a tough time finding a decent job, a girlfriend, or even someone willing to rent him a house trailer. Still, it's a fair call he could have done a good bit better than he has.

I think Crow is right - all parents (with the possible exception of our "California Stripper") wish the best for their children. When I see homeless people and such, I wonder what went wrong in their lives. After all, very few of us decide to be a miserable failure when we grow up. Drink and drugs are self-destructing, and obviously this fellow has done a bang-up job on himself. However, as Pomaikai said, bearing a strong resemblance to a turkey (in more ways than one!) certainly didn't help.

He's on a whole lot more than any Marijauna! He was selling the pot and buying meth, that you can bet on!
