William Velasquez Castillo, an illegal immigrant in Lucedale, Miss., was arrested May 19 by U.S. Marshals after a month-long search.

Detectives believe that he fled his residence in Ocean Springs after learning that he was wanted by authorities in connection to a child molestation case.

Castillo, 27, was found at a hotel and taken to Jackson County Adult Center. U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement has a hold placed for Castillo and has their own investigation going, according to a Sheriff's spokesman.

But what makes the whole story is the t-shirt Castillo was wearing when he was arrested:

William Velasquez Castillo Mug Shot

The t-shirt reads, I'm hiding from the cops. But not very well.

I wonder if he can even read that t-shirt, seeing as there's no Spanish translation underneath.

Hunting down fugitives and suspects isn't a race. There are no awards for how fast it's done. It's just a job, and it does get done. Just like a street sweeper or cleaning a septic tank.

What is funny is that he's wearing a T-shirt that says he's hiding from the cops disguised as a donut. Pictures don't often need translation.

(I'll try to refrain from the joke that illegals are a lot like cue balls. Hit them HARD enough and you'll get English out of them.)

I'm glad you refrained from telling that joke. -rc

Mike from Dallas is right it is just a job and it does not matter how fast you find them. I mean it is not like they are going to illegally cross the border into Mexico or something. And it is not being disguised as a donut, it is a donut. I do not get your joke, it never worked for me does it work for you? I just start showing one dollar bills and they start talking good english. Of course I do not really give them the money I just show it to them. Being wanted in connection for something is a far cry from being guilty of it.
