Public Display of Affection

Santa Ana, California, transient Charles Meaux was arrested January 27, 2010, following an incident on a rooftop in Santa Ana.

Passing motorists on the nearby freeway called police around noon after seeing a naked man on the roof of a home allegedly performing a sex act directed at drivers. Police evacuated the family at the home after Meaux allegedly ran inside, put on some clothes and hid in a closet.

He sports a tattoo over his left eyebrow reading "FFF," which stands for "fight for freedom," and is associated with an inactive white supremacist group.

Meaux has a history of arrests in Orange County, including charges on a similar incident a week earlier.
