One hopes that he was funnier at his booking than he is elsewhere. In my opinion, it would not be hard and he should be classified with Peewee Herman and never heard of again.

Just this month he's opened a stage show called "The Pee-wee Herman Show" at one of (if not, THE) biggest theaters in Los Angeles, the Nokia Theatre. It had to be moved there due to the demand being too much for the theater it was originally planned for. He's planning two more movies, he's been recently interviewed by Leno, Conan, and Jimmy Kimmel.
No, if the media teaches us anything, it's that public indecency is only a minor setback, and with the right agent can be a great boost to your career. So go out today and start fondling everything in sight. Odds are, you can turn your arrest into the launching of a new career on reality television!

The club owner must have been pretty 'hard up' to bail him out and allow him to still perform.

I think it's unfair to compare this to Peewee Herman's situation. Peewee was minding his own business (so to speak) and so far as I remember, never involved anyone else in his actions.
