What is it with all the NPR mug shots??? I know my area is bad, but sheesh, why pound it into the ground. LOL.

If there are a lot of nutty criminals in New Port Richey, there will be a lot of mug shots from there.... -rc

Looks like he gives good head. (Shut up, somebody had to say it.)

OK, I was thinking somewhat along that line Paul. Something about the shape of his head and a Trojan (not the ones from Troy) or something like that.

Oh, come on, Paul and Jim! He doesn't look like THAT! He more closely resembles Mr. Potato Head complete with matching accessories!!!

Well, he certainly gives a whole new definition to the term "highbrow."

Is this guy an escapee from "Mars Attacks" or something? I haven't seen a head like that since those bubblegum cards in 1962.

On the other hand, the story here reminds me of that Jim Stafford song, "My Girl Bill". Just a different punchline, is all.

"Houston, change in plans release the tongs..."

See...No matter if you are Pro-Abortion or Anti-Abortion what really matters is that we have some sort of consensus! You just can't commit half-way!

I think his face most resembles those magic slate boards where the wand attracts the magnetic scrapings, and you can change his appearance by moving the wand.

Maybe this jealous rage was caused by a screwdriver too many by this screwball!

He reminds me of the aliens who kidnapped Captain Pike in the original pilot for Star Trek.

Did they have this guy stand in front of a carnival mirror for his picture?
