I've noticed that some not-so-bright people will often have their mouths hanging open. I've seen quite a few. I haven't yet seen a bright person who did that. And considering what he did and how he was caught? I've often remarked to friends that the term "criminal stupidity" is redundant.

@Joan - There are plenty of bright criminals who outsmart the cops and the justice system all the time. You won't read about them here, though, nor see their slack-faced mug shots on the Internet, since they rarely get caught. It's brain-dead mouth-breathers like this jerk who get the honor of putting their best face forward here. If I ever catch someone like this tagging MY car, he'll be lucky to survive the encounter at all, let alone being able to breathe through his nose.

You use the expression "level of intelligence" so loosely Randy. I don't think his "level of intelligence" in high enough to even be measured.

Can you say, "Duh?" I KNEW you could.

judging the intelligence of someone by a mugshot shows your lack of it. Period.

Wow...I make 3d characters for a living. We start out with a base model and then 'texture' and morph them into what passes for a human being. Some being better at it than others, hence the work---what gets me is the base model has that same look on its face before you pose it to give it personality and characteristics. Just numb and dumb---pixels and polygons, polygons and pixels. His expression is exactly the same. It's kinda creepy, really...

Looks like he enjoys "vandalizing" his body, too. That seems to be quite the tattoo. Guess he's not happy with the way ANYTHING looks. Wonder how he'll like the stark insides of jail! Poor unhappy fella! LOL!

Actually, that blank numb and dumb look on his face looks like he's off inside his head somewhere, riding an illegal high. And, Joan, I also had considered the hanging mouth a sign of lesser intelligence - until I had a very bright kid in my second grade class who had a severe sinus/adenoid problem. Though I do still have the urge to tell people to shut their mouths so they don't look stupid...
