Police in Santa Cruz, Calif., were tracing a "path of destruction" caused by a graffiti artist over the weekend, including using an etching tool to write on car windshields.
Lt. Rick Martinez was following the markings up Pacific Ave. Saturday, where he was called to investigate vandalism in a restroom. The tagger "vandalized every single surface in the restroom" with a metallic marker, Martinez said.
While checking that out, a patron in a nearby bar notified the bouncer that someone was outside painting the side of the building. "When they come up on him, he's actually spray-painting my car," Martinez said. His police squad car had at least $500 in damage from the yellow paint. The bar's bouncer grabbed the tagger and held him for police.
Kitt Alexander Hall, 24, was arrested and charged with felony-level vandalism. The best part? Hall allegedly used his cell phone to take pictures of his handiwork, so police may be able to tie him to a number of cases where he caused thousands of dollars worth of damage.
The look on his face gives you a clue to his level of intelligence:

Wow...I make 3d characters for a living. We start out with a base model and then 'texture' and morph them into what passes for a human being. Some being better at it than others, hence the work---what gets me is the base model has that same look on its face before you pose it to give it personality and characteristics. Just numb and dumb---pixels and polygons, polygons and pixels. His expression is exactly the same. It's kinda creepy, really...

Looks like he enjoys "vandalizing" his body, too. That seems to be quite the tattoo. Guess he's not happy with the way ANYTHING looks. Wonder how he'll like the stark insides of jail! Poor unhappy fella! LOL!

Actually, that blank numb and dumb look on his face looks like he's off inside his head somewhere, riding an illegal high. And, Joan, I also had considered the hanging mouth a sign of lesser intelligence - until I had a very bright kid in my second grade class who had a severe sinus/adenoid problem. Though I do still have the urge to tell people to shut their mouths so they don't look stupid...
