A 17-year old girl and a 21-year old man were in court this week on charges that they committed a string of bank robberies in Bristol County, Massachusetts, over the last couple of weeks. The 17-year-old was reported missing by her family last week.

Kristopher Santillo, 21, sporting a neck tattoo and several gold teeth, was tracked down at a motel in Dartmouth on Monday night. Caitlin Ingham, 17, was with him, along with Santillo's girlfriend, who was questioned by police but not charged with any crime. Santillo and Ingham are suspected in at least three bank robberies. Investigators say Santillo walked into a credit union and demanded cash from a teller before fleeing on foot. Ingham, they say, robbed a credit union in New Bedford on Friday, then a bank in Dartmouth on Saturday.

"The detectives’ impression is that there is not enough brains among the three of them to orchestrate any multiplicity of bank heists," said a spokesman for the New Bedford police, adding, of Ingham, "She is not terribly sophisticated...she was only a two-minute drive away from the bank she robbed in Dartmouth" when arrested.

When questioned by police, Ingham said she was forced by three black men to rob the banks, though authorities say they can find no evidence of coercion. She tearfully pleaded not guilty to unarmed robbery charges, and is being held on $3,500 bail.

Santillo also pleaded not guilty to unarmed robbery charges. His bail is set at $20,000.

He certainly has a pose, but he just can't make it in the real world. I am sure he lives with Dungeons and Dragons on his mind. The girl looks like an exotic dancer I knew. (Turns out, she was gay).

I live a few blocks away from one of those banks. When I saw his picture, I remember actually thinking it should be on this site. Way to go! That guy is a definite "winner".

Haha, I had to LOL when I saw that the girl said that "three black men" forced her to do it. The perennial scapegoat of the white trash criminal. Pathetic.

Anybody remember that woman who pushed her car into a lake with her 2 kids belted in? She pointed the finger at a fictitious black male too, as I recall. Lame.
