Maybe he is excited about where he is going. How about "Thug Life" on his forehead?

It IS nice when obliviots make it so easy to identify them.

He may have been "easy to find" but he could not have been still incarcerated for anything if this happened the 19th and he was arrested the 26th.

Like what Kris said AND I would add that it's nice to see a man (Really a boy) that is so proud to brag about being an idiot.

Is it just me, or does anyone else find these weird tattoos disturbing. No, this is not a complaint about the website.

I just find it disturbing that people would get these tattoos. I find it disturbing that someone would give these tattoos.

I mean, has it occurred to anyone that these tattoos are "just not the brightest thing to get"????

I am stunned at what people will do to themselves, for, well, "exactly what purpose", may I ask???

I'm not being stupid or obtuse on purpose. I just can't believe people doing this to themselves. Something is wrong.

Held in lieu of bail...another addition to the group that taxpayers must support. I am no way in favor of them being out in society. I'm just tired of supporting them in jail. When many Americans are struggling to support their families, often without health insurance, something just isn't right that criminals get everything for free. Sheriff Joe in Phoenix has good ideas...jail should be punishment and inmates should work for their "3 hots and a cot."

I imagine he belongs to a gang called East Side something-or-other. Gang members are very proud of their gang membership, to them it's something to boast about. Also, they have a different view of life than most of the rest of us. I'm going to stereotype here, but I think they typically don't expect to live long. They want to make a big name for themselves and their gang, usually through crime and violence against other competing gangs. So they don't aspire to join the non-gang workforce or lifestyle, and they don't expect to be 40 years old with a (by that time) smudgy-looking tattoo on their upper lip. Anything they can do to be "extreme" will contribute to their fame.

The upper lip thing also makes me wonder. There are three easy targets for striking a man that will cause intense pain and debilitation. One is the gonads, but guys are too instinctively protective of that area. Another is the throat, and the third is the upper lip. Doesn't take much of a hit. A palm heel strike with moderate force will cause much blood and pain (too much force will drive the septum into the brain, killing him). So I can't imagine suffering a needle repeatedly buzzing over my lip.

I was going to say that he (and everyone else who gets dumb tattoos) is gonna look stupid when he's 80 and has that, but then I realized that he's more than likely not going to make it to 80.

Joe, he was arrested on unrelated charges.

That said, I do find it odd that they speak of rearresting someone who hadn't been released yet, and perhaps it is surprising that they took over a week to find out such easily identifying information.
