When a man stepped into the Indigo Room, a bar in Ft. Myers, Fla., the bartender noticed he wasn't wearing any shoes, and ordered him out.
The man had other ideas: instead of leaving or covering his feet, he allegedly took off all his clothes. The bartender called police.
When officers arrived, the naked man had retired to the women's restroom. He refused to turn around and put his hands behind his back when ordered to, police say, and then ran at them screaming with his hands clenched into fists. An officer subdued the man with his Taser.
Irving Edwin Howard, 37, was arrested Tuesday and charged with trespassing (for not leaving the bar when the owner demanded it), indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest without violence.

Is he ....singing?! Suggested soundtrack: "I get no kick from champagne / Mere alcohol doesn't thrill me at all / So tell me why should it be true / That I get a kick out of you" --I Get a Kick Out of You, Cole Porter.

The suspect might have been singing Cole Porter (at least his mugshot looks that way), but the cop who tasered him was singing some James Taylor, "I'm a steamroller, baby, gonna roll right over you...!" (Steamroller Blues)
