Yet they'll still let him out on bail again and he'll just disappear AGAIN! There seems to be so little intelligence in the Justice System these days. Or maybe it's too much intelligence and not enough common sense? Giving ONE more chance seems to happen until someone dies (whether by knife, gun or vehicle).
But the important piece of this article is, once again, the PICTURE which shows just how happy he is to be "visiting" once again!

He "appears" fine to me, but then what do I know. Only his shrink knows for sure.

I think when the cops came to arrest him he flushed the drugs down his throat rather than down the toilet.
