Come on Get Happy
An Ogden, Utah, man called police after a break-in and robbery at his home.
The victim told authorities that he was asleep around 7:30 pm on Wednesday night when he awoke to two men standing over him. First, they yelled that they were cops, he says, then they they threw a blanket over his head, swiped his computer, and fled.
One suspect was described by the victim only as Latino, but the other was much easier to identify: he is a vagrant who had been staying with the victim until recently, and he goes by the name "Happy." As in Happy the Clown, his stage name.
"Happy," also known as Tony Alexander Pete, 43, sports clown eyes and a clown mouth, which are permanently tattooed onto his face. He is described by Ogden police detectives as a career petty criminal.
Anyone with information on the clown's whereabouts is asked to contact Ogden Police.

Could be wrong, since he actually is a clown (on oh so many levels), but his facial tats look more like he's trying to look like Brandon Lee's character in the Crow. It would clash less with all the rest of his art.

I doubt anyone is going to wade through your ridiculous ALL CAPS semi-literate rant to read your name-calling, but I doubt that anyone who does will buy into your contention that someone known to police as a "career petty criminal" who apparently robs people in their homes is a "beautiful person". -rc
